What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Approximate dates, nights and guests (optional)
- Your message
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry about a stay, a longer stay, the downstairs suite or anything else. Without your name, email address and message we may not be able to reply.
About the downstairs suite:
- It can be added for your own group only, and is never let separately.
- It is not included in a standard booking.
- Ask us before you book and we will confirm availability and the extra cost.
How it is handled
Enquiry content is not kept in the website's own storage. It is passed through Cloudflare's email service and delivered to our mailbox.
Your internet address is used only for abuse limits and the spam check, and is not stored with your message.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): website hosting, the Turnstile spam check and email delivery; it may process data outside Australia
- Proton AG (Switzerland): our Proton Mail mailbox, where your enquiry is delivered; it processes data outside Australia
- Hospitable, only if you choose to book; its own privacy notice applies on the booking page

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for up to 12 months, then delete them.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own. On the enquiry page, Cloudflare Turnstile may store data in your browser to run its spam check.
