About the downstairs suite:
- It can be added for your own group only, and is never let separately.
- It is not included in a standard booking.
- Ask us before you book and we will confirm availability and the extra cost.
- Where they go
- Enquiry content is not kept in the website's own storage. It is passed through Cloudflare's email service and delivered to our mailbox.
- Your internet address
- Your internet address is used only for abuse limits and the spam check, and is not stored with your message.
- Who processes them
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): website hosting, the Turnstile spam check and email delivery; it may process data outside Australia
- Proton AG (Switzerland): our Proton Mail mailbox, where your enquiry is delivered; it processes data outside Australia
- Hospitable, only if you choose to book; its own privacy notice applies on the booking page

- How long we keep them
- We keep enquiry emails for up to 12 months, then delete them.
- Cookies
- This website sets no cookies of its own. On the enquiry page, Cloudflare Turnstile may store data in your browser to run its spam check.
